Where we deliver

We provide delivery services throughout Australia, encompassing all major cities, regional areas, and most remote locations. Currently, we only ship within Australia and do not facilitate international shipping.

Shipping costs

Shipping fees are automatically calculated based on the contents of your cart and your delivery address. The precise shipping cost will always be displayed clearly at checkout before you finalize your payment — ensuring no hidden costs. Larger or heavier items may incur a higher delivery fee, and certain remote-area postcodes may incur an additional charge, which will also be visible at checkout.

Dispatch times

Most orders that are in stock are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, sales, or public holidays, dispatch times may extend slightly. You will receive an email containing tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.

Delivery timeframes

After dispatch, the estimated delivery durations are as follows:

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra): approximately 2–8 business days
  • Regional areas: approximately 5–12 business days
  • Remote areas & WA/NT: delivery may take longer

These timelines are estimates provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Since our products are sourced from multiple warehouses, items in a single order may arrive separately and on different days at no extra cost to you.

Tracking your order

All orders come with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched, allowing you to monitor its journey anytime on our Order Tracking page.

Delivery addresses & PO boxes

Ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate at checkout, as we may not be able to redirect a parcel after it has been shipped. Certain bulky items cannot be delivered to PO boxes or Parcel Lockers — a street address is preferred.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe or arrives in a damaged condition, please reach out to us at [email protected] with your order number and, in the case of damage, a photo. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For information regarding faulty or damaged items, please refer to our Returns & Refunds policy.
