Our 14-day return policy

We aim for you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you decide to change your mind, you can return the majority of items within 14 days of receiving your order for either a refund or an exchange, as long as they remain unused, are in original condition, and are returned in their original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

Your rights as per Australian Consumer Law

Our returns policy complements your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). The products we offer come with guarantees that cannot be waived under the ACL. You have the right to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they do not meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not constitute a major failure. Returns due to change of mind are provided as a courtesy in addition to these rights.

Returning an item

  1. Contact us via email at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and the item you wish to return.
  2. We will respond within one business day with instructions on how to proceed with the return and provide the return address.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging and return it using a tracked delivery service.
  4. After we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect

If your product is faulty, damaged, or differs from what you ordered, please reach out to us within 14 days with your order number and any relevant photos. We will facilitate a replacement, repair, or a complete refund at no extra cost to you, including return shipping if the item is verified as faulty.

Shipping costs for returns

For returns due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, and the initial shipping fee is non-refundable. For items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover all return shipping expenses.

Refund process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that it may take a few additional days for your bank or payment provider to reflect the funds.

Items not eligible for return

For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain items cannot be returned for change of mind unless they are faulty. This includes personal care items, opened or used mattresses and bedding, perishable products, as well as made-to-order or clearance items that are marked as final sale. This does not alter your rights under the ACL.
