What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and buy-now-pay-later options such as Afterpay and Klarna. For more details, see Payment Methods.
Is checkout secure?
Absolutely. All transactions are processed by reliable, PCI-DSS compliant providers through an encrypted connection. We do not store your complete card information.
Are prices in AUD and do they include GST?
Yes — all prices are quoted in Australian Dollars and include GST where applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Shipping & delivery
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Australia. Currently, we do not ship internationally.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are determined by the item and destination, and they will be clearly displayed during checkout before payment is made.
How long will my order take?
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes about 2–8 business days for metropolitan areas, with longer times for regional and remote locations. Please see Shipping & Delivery for more information.
How do I track my order?
You will be sent a tracking number via email when your order is shipped, or you can visit Order Tracking.
Why did my items arrive separately?
Some orders are shipped from various warehouses, so items may arrive on different days at no additional cost.
Returns & refunds
What is your returns policy?
The majority of items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original unused condition. For more details, see Returns & Refunds.
My item arrived damaged or faulty — what should I do?
Please email [email protected] within 14 days, including your order number and photos, and we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or refund at no cost to you.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
